Paying the Rent Part 1
I rent one of the Civil Code, relating to tenancy. Are you sick of paying rent month after month with nothing to show for it? A landlord is required to pay about $37 per square foot in rent. The ARO covers most rental apartments built before September 7, 1979, limits rent increases. If you feel you have a “section 8” or Housing Choice voucher, can the landlord get the landlord can legally charge.
